Job Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to optimize the company’s overall awareness and strategic positioning with its constituencies: residential buyers, office and retail leasing tenants, hospitality customers, preferred suppliers, business partners, capital lenders, and investors;
- Develop strategies to create, optimize, and protect the company’s reputation in the marketplace.
- Develop effective internal communications programs aimed at ensuring effective execution of the company’s strategic positioning across all departments and personnel at Aeon Luxe Properties Inc.
- Originate and develop products and services from which the company builds a business.
- Define and develop annual marketing plans for the company and each product and service as may be required. Monitor and analyze for contributory value to the overall business on an ongoing basis.
- Facilitate and optimize sales through all distribution methods for its real estate projects, particularly for the direct sales function but also digital and other channels.
- The Marketing and Communications Head will oversee four direct reports (supervisors) in the areas of corporate communications, digital marketing, field marketing, and promotions and brands. Each of whom will be supported by one or more associates as required.
Job Qualifications
- Education: a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Work Experience: Proven performance record with at least five (5) years’ experience in managing marketing communications at either an advertising agency or company with strong marketing or brand behavior. Proven capabilities in product positioning, marketing planning, and marketing tactical execution Digital marketing experience is a pre-requisite for consideration.
