• Bachelor’s degree in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality management, business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, or equivalent; F&B-related certifications and post-graduate studies would be an advantage.
• Proven leadership capabilities with at least ten (10) years of working experience in a senior hotel or hospitality management role
Proven performance record with at least four (4) years of hotel or hospitality operations experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or Director in leading four- to five-star hotels; preferably with international assignments, pre-opening experience is a MUST.
