About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesperson to support and manage our network of brokers. This role requires a strategic individual with a passion for relationship building, exceptional communication skills, and a strong sales mindset. As a key liaison between the company and our broker partners, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and ensuring the success of our broker network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Broker Relationship Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for brokers, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
  • Provide attentive support to brokers to address questions, resolve challenges, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Cultivate trust and credibility with brokers by delivering consistent, high-quality service.
  • Sales Support and Growth:
  • Assist brokers in identifying new sales opportunities and strategize to close deals.
  • Provide training and support to brokers on product offerings, sales strategies, and market trends.
  • Monitor broker performance and collaborate to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Act as a conduit of communication between brokers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Deliver timely updates on product changes, promotions, and company initiatives.
  • Develop and present sales materials and resources to strengthen broker outreach and effectiveness.
  • Market and Industry Insight:
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to provide brokers with actionable insights.
  • Gather feedback from brokers to align company offerings with market demands and needs.
  • Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of broker activities, sales pipelines, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders to highlight achievements and growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or broker support roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Comfort with CRM platforms and sales analysis tools.
