Marketing Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Know-how and understanding of the demographic and behavioral patterns of any given market segment.
  • Conducts market research, competition, and trends.
  • Establishes a weekly presentation of marketing campaigns, brand promotions, and deliverables to the general manager for review and approval.
  • Negotiating, closing contracts, and representing the company in partnership programs with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), Local Travel Agencies (TAs), out-of-home ad and billboard locations (OOH), and other third-party partners and vendors
  • Assists in the absence of the Digital Media and Marketing Manager in organizing and managing social media, channel platforms, and other online forums to promote the company’s brand, products, and services.
  • Organizes and attends marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
  • Plans advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print, etc.)
  • Prepares content for the publication of marketing material and oversees distribution.
  •  Answering client queries, resolving issues and concerns, and providing immediate feedback

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or any related field
  • Good communication and networking skills
  • Excellent communicator and will have experience in managing different marketing ventures
  • Plan and oversee the organization’s marketing activities and campaigns
  • Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal skill set and professional relations with colleagues, superiors, and customers
  • Ability to work well under pressure
