Job Description:

The IT Support is direct support to IT Head; entry-level technical support is tasked with directly supporting the efforts of a team or individual regarding the day-to-day operation of the Group of Companies’ computer systems, networks, software, and hardware.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, a 2-year course in computer system services with NC II license.
• Minimum one (1) year of working experience with ability, skills, and knowledge in both hardware and software.
• Familiar with industry-standard computing hardware and software in order to install and maintain this technology
• Know to troubleshoot, install, and configure computer systems and networks
