- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, preferably as a Certified Public Accountant; postgraduate studies will be considered.
- Proven leadership capabilities with at least ten (10) years of working experience in a senior hotel or hospitality management role
- Proven performance record with at least four (4) years hotel or
hospitality operations experience as a Hotel Controller or equivalent in leading four- to five-star hotels; pre-opening experience is an advantage.
